Hello John,
I understand the situation you are in, these are no longer marked as Hutch products.
Thanks for your request about a policy, seems abit heavy handed to me..

Gary,
I reported this thread to be removed about an hour ago:

Here is the response I got from ANTDOG:
"You reported a thread, well he is not representing them as hutch branded parts his for sale thread will not be deleted"
This is exactly what I eluded to a few weeks ago in my e-mail to you. You need to have a policy that immediately removes any thread I request without debate to the merit.
This spindle is an exact copy of the Hutch pedal spindles, and is a structural part that compromises the integrity of my product liability exposure. I guarantee if I get sued for someone getting hurt due to a pedal spindle failure, I WILL make sure you get sued by me and wrapped up in the case for facilitating the sale of counterfeit goods. This does not only apply to structural products such as a pedal spindle, as I pay for very expensive product liability insurance across all Hutch products.
I cannot stress the importance of this request or how serious I must be due to the implications that might result. All reports and requests for removal of Hutch counterfeit products must be removed.
Thanks,
John De Bruin
